Abigail Harrington
Teen & College Defense Trainer | Shooter Instructor
Abigail was born and raised in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she was first introduced to firearms through 4-H Youth Shooting Sports. That early foundation in safety and skill grew into a lifelong commitment to empowering others with confidence—whether in training environments or in everyday life.
She later managed boxing gyms in downtown Richmond, where she helped launch the gym’s first free women-only boxing workshop. Her goal was simple: to make a traditionally intimidating sport more approachable and accessible for beginners, especially women stepping into self-defense for the first time.
Now based in Fredericksburg, Abigail serves as a project and operations coordinator at a local creative agency. With a gift for organization and systems, she thrives at streamlining processes and creating environments where people feel supported, equipped, and free to grow.
Passionate about people and driven to remove barriers, Abigail brings both heart and precision to her work. Whether behind the scenes or helping on the training side, she is committed to making sure others feel confident, capable, and prepared as they step into new skills and challenges.
